Early Learning Teacher

Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons that promote language, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress using recognized early‑years frameworks.
• Collaborate with parents and support staff to share insights and set individual learning goals.
• Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching preschool or nursery classes.
• TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification or equivalent teaching license is preferred.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in play‑based learning.
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing disposition.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a similar international early‑learning curriculum.
• Additional training in phonics, Montessori.
