Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging daily lessons using blended Nigerian, British, and Montessori-aligned instructional strategies.
• Plan and prepare lesson notes, learning materials, and weekly assessments.
• Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.
• Use child-centered methods: hands-on learning, group work, presentations, and project-based activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong command of English (spoken & written)
• Familiarity with Montessori methods the British curriculum or inquiry-based learning, is an added advantage
• Proficiency in lesson planning classroom management and continuous assessment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for child development values and 21st-century education
