Job Title: Planning Executive (Project Coordinator)
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Job Description
• As a Planning Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring assigned projects and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute excellent planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.
• Prepare and manage material requisitions required for project execution.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project updates, reports, and billing information on the ERP system and approved online drive.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project reports, documentation, and plans for clients.
• Track and monitor project profitability.
• Plan and assign daily tasks for engineers.
• Manage internal and external client communication and relationships.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions arising from meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Ensure timely completion of projects without compromising required quality and standards.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives for both project and maintenance execution.
• Participate in field project execution inspections as approved by the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor.
• Collect all necessary job completion documents for accounting purposes.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Project Lead or Supervisor.
• Strictly adhere to the company’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator and assist in investigating reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
• HND or B.Sc in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
• Candidates should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good job delivery and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an added advantage.
