Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales Professional. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include presenting product or service offerings, negotiating contracts, providing after-sales support, and gathering customer feedback to improve service quality. The candidate will work closely with team members and other departments to deliver value-driven solutions to customers.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Proven sales expertise, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities
• Time management and organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in sales tracking and reporting
• Problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the technology or professional services industries
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage
