Job Summary
• We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Specialist to join our Abuja team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our services, identifying customer needs, and converting leads into paying clients.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the drive to meet sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities
• Make daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads to promote CV writing and career services.
• Educate prospective clients about the benefits of professional CV writing and related services.
• Understand customer needs, answer questions, and recommend the most suitable service packages.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value and handling objections.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using the company CRM or tracking tools.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email as needed.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, common objections, and lead quality.
• Stay up to date with company services, pricing, promotions, and career industry trends.

Requirements
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or similar outbound sales roles (experience in a service-based business is an advantage).
• Excellent spoken English with clear and confident communication.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
• Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Must be based in Abuja.

Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed monthly Salary: N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
• Performance-based bonuses and commissions
