We're Hiring: Senior Accountant
Location: Igbesa (Agbara) Plant, Nigeria
Department: Finance & Accounting

Reports To: Finance Manager / Head of Accounts
Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 monthly (based on experience and qualifications)
What We're Looking For
Education/Certification: ICAN Certified Accountant — mandatory
Experience: Minimum of 7 years' proven experience as a Senior Accountant within the manufacturing industry
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Industry Exposure: Manufacturing / Production Accounting
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the manufacturing plant.
• Monitor cost accounting processes, inventory valuation, and production cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory audits, and internal control procedures.
• Reconcile accounts, review ledger entries, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, stores, production, and management teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and support continuous process improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions as required.
