Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations, correspondence, and office documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, receipts, and payment documentation.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses.
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Support HR and operational tasks such as filing, scheduling, and record updates.
• Handle procurement, vendor payment follow-up, and inventory of office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external regulatory bodies when required.
• Maintain an organized filing and documentation system for administrative and financial records.
Requirements:
• Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic experience in accounting or administrative roles (added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
