• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a Customer Service Manager.
• The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Duties include managing customer support teams, analyzing customer interactions, developing actionable insights, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• The role also entails maintaining effective communication with clients and aligning service objectives with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and implement actionable improvements
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and teams
• Experience in team leadership and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial position within customer service is highly desirable
