Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Sagamu. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing daily HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent management. The role requires implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and training programs. The candidate will also contribute to organizational development, handle conflict resolution, and support overall workforce engagement.
Qualifications
• Comprehensive understanding of Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, and Recruitment strategies.
• Knowledge and application of HR Policies, Procedures, and Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution.
• Strong skills in Training, Organizational Development, and Workforce Engagement.
• Ability to lead initiatives, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
