Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Partner role located in Sagamu.
• The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and managing performance improvement initiatives.
• The role involves serving as a strategic partner to support operational objectives, foster a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement.

Qualifications
• Thorough understanding of HR Policies and hands-on experience in Human Resources HR management
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and managing Performance Management processes effectively
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and conflict resolution
• Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPM are an advantage
• Previous experience in the food and beverages or manufacturing industry is a plus
