We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions across our real estate, construction, surveying, and engineering divisions.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving organizational culture, talent acquisition, staff development, performance management, and workforce efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent people skills, and an ability to align HR practices with the company's long-term vision.
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee performance evaluations and staff productivity KPIs.
Organize training, workshops, and staff development programs.
Maintain HR policies, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
Support workforce planning, culture building, and organizational development.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
3 - 7 years experience in HR management (experience in construction, real estate, or engineering firms is an added advantage).
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software, reporting, and documentation.
Ability to lead HR operations independently and confidentially.
