Our client, a prominent technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee critical projects within their operations based in Akure, Ondo, NG . Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies. Communicate project progress, status, and key decisions to all stakeholders regularly. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions to projects. Facilitate project closure activities, including post-project reviews and lessons learned documentation. Implement and optimize project management methodologies and tools. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on technology or infrastructure projects. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently from initiation to closure. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Experience working in a hybrid work model, demonstrating self-discipline and adaptability. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
