This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gashua. In this role, you will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement. Responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers, maintaining relationships with current clients, providing sales training to team members, and optimizing marketing efforts to meet business objectives. You will also analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve performance.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively convey information and build lasting client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet sales targets
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Basic knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Familiarity with retail operations and customer behavior is a plus
