• The Area General Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all real estate and facilities-related operations within an assigned region or area.
• This includes coordinating construction, maintenance, space allocation, environmental compliance, and engineering infrastructure management for the bank's branches and offices.
• The role ensures that all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the bank’s brand, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
Requirements
Education:
• First degree in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
• Professional Certifications (an added advantage)
Experience:
• Minimum experience: 5 years relevant experience needed.
