Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or social platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
• Follow up on customer concerns to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with leadership.

Requirements:
• Minimum of OND; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office applications.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
