You will lead a team of project professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient workflow. Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential, as you will be interacting with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. You will be instrumental in driving project success and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Extensive experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving consensus will be vital. The ability to champion best practices in project management and implement continuous improvement initiatives will be a key performance indicator. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of infrastructure development projects from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality requirements. Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively. Coordinate and direct project teams, contractors, and consultants. Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and standards. Manage project budgets and control expenditures. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Foster a collaborative and high-performance project environment. Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on infrastructure projects. Proven success in managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to closure. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent financial acumen and budget management capabilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines. Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
