Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Lead Project Manager to spearhead critical initiatives. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Manage project budgets and track expenditures against planned costs. Oversee the procurement and management of project resources, including vendors and contractors. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in a lead role. Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
