Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach
· Conduct high-volume prospecting (60+ activities/day) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and cold calling to generate new leads.
· Map key decision-makers (Founders, HR, Finance) within our target accounts— SMEs and large corporations.
· Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed monthly quota targets.
· Collaborate with the digital marketer to follow up on inbound marketing leads promptly.
Qualification & Pipeline Management
· Master the TSuite value proposition to effectively articulate it to prospects.
· Qualify all leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria).
· Schedule qualified meetings, demos, and presentations for the Head of Growth and sales team.
· Meticulously track all activities and lead status in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
· Provide daily feedback on market trends, customer objections, and product feedback to the Head of Growth.
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
· Continuously refine outreach messaging and strategy based on performance data.
Qualifications & Required Experience
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or Technology.
· A proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for qualified meetings/demos.
· Hands-on experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade C-level executives and business owners.
· Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in the face of rejection. You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
