We are seeking an ambitious and driven Regional Vape Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Lagos and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales, with bonus points for experience in the food and beverage industry. You will play a key role in executing our go-to-market strategy, managing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a high-intensity environment. Must have experience in proactive sales; Lagos only.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with business objectives.
• Drive sales performance across retail and wholesale channels.
• Support and manage daily operations of retail and distribution partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Ensure regular sales reporting using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Recruit, train, and oversee field sales representatives if required.
• Conduct regular market visits and build strong local customer relationships.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG (must), preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Based in Lagos with in-depth knowledge of local markets and distribution channels.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and reporting.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to adapt to high-pressure work environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented.
