• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure productivity and high performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and brand promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets are consistently met.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Manage and optimize the company’s marketing budget and sales forecasting.
• Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to top management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support product development, operations, and overall business growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and industry standards.

Job Requirements
• HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 7–10 years of solid experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, CRM tools, and market analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Must be able to work on Lagos Island or nearby areas.
• High level of professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
