Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily posts, comments, and DMs across all social media platforms.
• Schedule and confirm customer bookings and consultations.
• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
• Handle order processing, tracking, exchanges, and complaints.
• Monitor and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments.
• Engage customers with content that drives loyalty and brand trust.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, purchases, and feedback.

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience
• Diploma in a related field
• Good communication skills
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must live around Lekki
