Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in lagbedu town of Ogbomosho. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive business growth by identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will include engaging with clients, providing excellent customer service, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing sales processes, and delivering training sessions to the sales team. Collaboration with other departments to align on marketing and sales goals will also be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for achieving revenue targets and managing sales activities.
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in marketing and sales within a commercial or similar business setting is advantageous.
• Analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
