Job Summary
• We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources / Administrative Officer to support our Human Resources and administrative functions in our oil and gas company.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations, supporting employees and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll, leave management and attendance tracking.
• Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
• Handle correspondence, fling, and document management.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
• Support management with reports and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of Proven experience as a HR/ administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
