• Job Summary*
A reputable training institute is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, expand corporate partnerships, and increase enrollment across its training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong business development experience, preferably from the downstream oil & gas sector, and a proven ability to generate and close high-value deals.
• Key Responsibilities*
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase training enrollments and corporate partnerships.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with individuals, corporates, and institutions.
Leverage existing oil & gas industry networks to drive training contracts and collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging training needs and opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for management review.
Represent the institute at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions.
• Requirements & Qualifications*
Post-NYSC graduate.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the downstream oil & gas sector.
Strong negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Target-driven, strategic, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
