We are looking for an experienced People Partner to manage the full generalist People function for the Greater Africa Business Unit. This critical role covers Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Industrial Relations (IR), and HR Administration.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & On-Boarding: Manage the end-to-end process, including screening, interviewing, offering, and coordinating induction.
• Performance Management: Co-ordinate and ensure compliance with the business scorecard and facilitate the creation/review of individual PDPs.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs, source providers, facilitate courses, and manage learnerships/bursaries.
• Industrial Relations & Poor Performance: Advise line managers on disciplinary actions, ensure compliance with the disciplinary code, and manage CCMA cases.
• Administration & Reporting: Ensure accurate payroll documentation, manage benefits claims, and maintain proper data management/reporting.

Minimum Requirements:
• HR degree or Higher Diploma in HR.
• 5–6 years of Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG.
• Experience Managing and leading a team
