Our client is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand their sales operations in Maiduguri, Borno, NG . This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing a team of sales representatives, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients within the region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team achieves its objectives.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand the customer base. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed performance targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue accurately. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns. Oversee the negotiation and closing of complex sales deals. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a sales team. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Knowledge of the regional market and business landscape. Ability to travel within the region as required.
