Responsibilities:
• Manage daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Track revenue, expenses, and financial KPIs.
• Ensure tax compliance and prepare statutory filings.
• Monitor crypto-related transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Work with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.
Requirements:
• BSc in accounting, Finance or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Prior experience in fintech or crypto accounting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
