Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client in Port Harcourt.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR strategy, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, and implementing policies that foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and review HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies

Oversee performance management systems and guide managers on employee development plans

Drive learning and development initiatives to support staff growth and succession planning

Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes

Provide strategic HR advice to management and contribute to organizational decision-making

Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR management experience

Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is highly desirable.
