Reports To: Finance Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Admin & Accountant to handle both administrative and accounting responsibilities in our automotive company. This role combines day-to-day office management with core finance duties such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of administrative operations while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor petty cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Administrative Duties:
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized records for contracts, employee files, and company assets.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
• Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and leave management.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar Admin & Accounting role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally) and MS Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial principles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in an automotive dealership or service center.
• Knowledge of inventory and vehicle documentation processes.
• Familiarity with tax filings and regulatory compliance in the automotive sector.
