Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals and affluent customers.
• Mobilize and manage large-value deposits and investment funds.
• Promote private banking, savings, investment, and treasury products.
• Achieve assigned deposit and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with private banking clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HNI customers.
• Provide personalized banking solutions tailored to clients’ financial goals.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and client engagement meetings.
• Advise clients on suitable savings, fixed deposit, investment, and loan products.
• Cross-sell banking services such as loans, e-channels, and payment solutions.
• Educate clients on available products and market opportunities.
• Identify credit needs of private banking clients.
• Support loan application processes and documentation.
• Monitor credit facilities to ensure timely repayment.
• Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML/CFT, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
• Protect customer confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
