Position overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence across Asaba and South-South Nigeria.
At Solar Africa innovation energy, our mission is to bridge the energy gap across Africa while reducing carbon emissions. Part of this mission—especially within the Sales Department—is to raise young, purpose-driven Nigerians who are passionate about renewable energy, personal growth, and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, and community networks to drive market expansion.
• Conduct community and market research to understand customer needs, local energy trends, and competitive activities.
• Develop and deliver professional sales pitches, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate Solar Africa’s value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain accurate reports, and provide timely feedback to the Sales Manager on market performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Arts, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Media or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
• Must not be older than 26 years. However, applicants up to 28 years may be considered if they possess valuable skills or relevant experience.
• Must be willing to travel regularly across South-South Nigeria.
Work Structure & Compensation
• Hybrid schedule.
• Monthly Salary: ₦135,000.
