Role Summary
• The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead, manage, and improve the company’s HR systems, policies, and procedures.
• The role requires a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years experience managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and leading HR initiatives that improve workforce productivity, engagement, and company culture.
Key Responsibilties
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning.
• Manage performance management and employee relations.
• Oversee compensation/benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Lead learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
• Provide HR reporting, analytics, and documentation accuracy.
• Support leadership in driving culture and employee engagement.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a managerial role.
• Professional HR certifications required, such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR, or other equivalent senior-level HR certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in HR strategy implementation and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and HR reporting systems.
