Reports to : Head of People & Culture

About the Role
We’re looking for a people-centered, commercially minded Strategic HR Business Partner to
join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our restaurant and operations
leaders and management team to shape people strategies that drive performance,
engagement and culture.

• Partner with leaders to shape people strategies that drive performance and culture.
• Coach and support managers to build strong, engaged teams.
• Lead talent, development, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Use HR data and insights to guide smart people decisions.
• Support change and communication to keep teams aligned and inspired.
• Champion company values and a great employee experience across all outlets.
What You’ll Bring
• At least 7 years of HR experience, including 2 years as a Business Partner or Generalist.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CIPM, SHRM, HRCI etc.) is highly desirable.
• Solid experience in core HR functions- Performance management, Workforce planning,
Employee Engagement & Experience, Recruitment, HR reporting & analytics etc.
• Great at building relationships, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-driven environment (QSR or retail a plus!).
• Passion for nurturing and developing people.
