Job Description
Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
• Mobilize deposits in line with assigned targets.
• Market and sell the Bank’s financial products and services.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct regular client visits and relationship reviews.
• Source viable loan opportunities and conduct preliminary credit assessments.
• Assist clients in loan application processes and documentation.
• Carry out customer profiling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
• Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayment.
• Follow up on overdue facilities and support loan recovery efforts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate account opening documentation in line with KYC/AML requirements.
• Educate customers on Bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere strictly to credit policies, operational guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Report suspicious transactions in line with AML/CFT guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all customer interactions.
