Job Description
We are seeking a Learning Support Teacher to provide tailored support and develop customized learning strategies that help students achieve their academic goals and overall success. The teacher will also foster an enriching and supportive learning environment, prioritizing students' well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans.
• Provide targeted support in core subjects and study skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Mentor students and foster engagement, motivation, and personal growth.
• Communicate with parents and school staff on academic progress.
• Submit reports tracking student assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and apply best practices in learning support.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in student support or counseling in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of learning styles, study skills, and student development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop tailored learning plans and maintain confidentiality.

Location & Schedule:
• Monday & Friday: Ikate, Lekki,Lagos State
• Tuesday to Thursday: Mada, Ogun State (staff bus provided)
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
