Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare payroll and statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, VAT, WHT).
• Manage billing for customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
• Prepare financial reports for management decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements :
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books).
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
