Job Description
Creative Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Nigeria)
Type: Full-time (with 1 month probation)
Level: Mid-level (3-5 years experience)
Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, Middleweight Creative Marketer who lives at the intersection of content, community, and growth. This role is for someone who can design compelling social content, manage and grow engaged communities, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You will play an important role in redefining the future of enterprise automation and shaping how intelligent digital solutions are delivered.
The Role
Your core responsibilities will include:
Strategy, Content & Social Media
• Owns and Leads end-to-end marketing strategy, including content, community management, campaigns and growth.
• Design and produce high-quality social media content (static, carousel, short-form video).
• Own day-to-day social channels across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok).
• Translate brand strategy into consistent, engaging creative.
• Stay on top of platform trends and adapt content accordingly.
Community Management
• Build, nurture, and manage online communities (social comments, DMs, groups, forums, newsletters).
• Actively engage with followers and turn audiences into advocates.
• Support campaigns, launches, and conversations that drive real interaction.
• Gather community insights and feedback to inform marketing and product decisions.
Campaigns & Growth
• Support and execute creative marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product, founders, or growth teams to align messaging.
• Test content formats, hooks, and messaging to improve reach and engagement.
• Track performance and iterate based on what works.
Skills And Attributes
We are looking for:
Essential
• 3–5 years experience in creative marketing or social media roles.
• Strong social media content design skills (e.g. Figma, Adobe, Canva)
• Proven experience managing and growing online communities.
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
Nice to Have
• Experience working at a startup or scale-up.
• Evidence of helping grow an audience, community, or brand from early stages.
• Experience with short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Understanding of analytics, insights, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (schedulers, community tools, analytics platforms).
