Job Summary
• Lifted Horizon is seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and scale our customer acquisition engine. Our business connects top Nigerian talent (Tech, HR, Accounting, Operations, and more) with UK and global companies through outsourced services and recruitment solutions.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, developing a strong pipeline, and implementing structured sales operations to consistently generate and convert leads into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy
Drive revenue across Lifted Horizon’s two core offerings:
• Outsourced Services: Project-based work including Web Development, HR Services, Operations, and related services.
• Recruitment & Staffing: Remote staff augmentation for UK and international clients.
• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with UK-based recruitment agencies, business consultants, and strategic partners to resell Lifted Horizon’s talent solutions.
• Own revenue targets and develop scalable strategies to achieve and exceed them.
Inbound & Outbound Lead Generation
• Build and manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
• Execute digital lead generation strategies using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), email automation, targeted ads, and outbound prospecting.
• Target organisations with high vacancy demand (e.g. software developers, web developers, contact centre staff, management accountants, etc.) and convert them to Lifted Horizon’s outsourcing model.
CRM & Sales Process Management:
• Implement and manage a CRM system (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) to track prospects from Lead Source → Appointment → Proposal → Contract Signed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.
• Analyse weekly conversion data, identify bottlenecks, and refine sales messaging and approach accordingly.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
• Recruit, onboard, and manage team members
• Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor the team to improve conversion rates and deal quality.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment Agency sales.
• Proven experience selling B2B services; exposure to UK or US markets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing, recruitment, or professional services sales models.
• Good understanding of the processes and tools for digital marketing, promotions, and lead generation.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with the ability to confidently pitch to UK-based founders and C-suite executives.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
