• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive Premium Banking Officer, based in Abuja. The individual will identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and establish relationships with high-value clients.
• Responsibilities include implementing strategies to acquire and retain premium accounts, conducting account management activities, analyzing market trends, and achieving set account growth targets.
• Active collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with client needs is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and creating opportunities.
• Proficiency in Business strategy formulation and execution to drive revenue growth and achieve objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions clearly.
• Experience in Account Management for premium clientele, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals and sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
