Job Opportunities: State-Level Digital Transformation Project

Note: This role requires nationwide deployment based on project needs. Location preferences do not guarantee placement.

We are a technology and strategy organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation projects across Nigeria’s public sector. Our work focuses on solving real revenue, tax, payroll, and financial transparency challenges through practical, technology-enabled reforms.

Our projects span multiple states and require professionals who can operate confidently in dynamic environments, engage senior government stakeholders, and deliver measurable results. This is an opportunity to work on initiatives with real public impact, gain exposure to high-level decision-making, and grow through responsibility rather than comfort.

Locations: Multiple States (Nigeria)

We are recruiting for a multi-state digital transformation initiative focused on improving government revenue, tax administration, and financial transparency through technology. Applications are open across three role tiers, based on experience and responsibility.

Role: Project Manager (Public Sector Revenue)

Location: Assigned State

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end execution of state-level digital revenue and tax transformation projects, including stakeholder engagement, implementation oversight, and delivery of measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead government stakeholder engagement and drive buy-in
• Develop and employ sustainable business expansion strategies
• Oversee deployment of digital revenue platforms at state-level
• Manage cross-functional teams and project resources
• Track KPIs tied to revenue outcomes and system adoption
• Manage risks, timelines, and scale-up of projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (relevant field); Master’s an advantage
• 5+ years’ experience in public sector, IT, fintech, tax, or revenue projects
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience with tech-enabled revenue or financial systems
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams

Role: Associate Project Manager (Public Sector Revenue)

Location: Assigned State

Role Summary:

Support state-level coordination and implementation of digital revenue projects, working closely with the State Sector Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate field and implementation activities
• Support stakeholder engagement and follow-ups
• Track deliverables, timelines, and basic KPIs
• Prepare reports and escalate operational risks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, the financial sector, or product management
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
• Familiarity with fintech, public sector revenue systems, and taxation is an advantage

Role: Project/Product Support Officer (Public Sector Revenue)

Location: Assigned State

Role Summary:

Provide hands-on support for day-to-day project and product implementation activities at the state level.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support deployment, onboarding, and field activities
• Assist with documentation, data collection, and reporting
• Track tasks, issues, and user feedback
• Assist in system testing, validation, and quality assurance during updates or new feature rollouts.
• Support training and activation exercises

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years’ of relevant work or project experience project support experience
• Willingness to learn and work in field-based environments Basic understanding of project or IT systems is an advantage
