Lead end-to-end execution of state-level digital revenue and tax transformation projects, including stakeholder engagement, implementation oversight, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead government stakeholder engagement and drive buy-in
• Develop and employ sustainable business expansion strategies
• Oversee deployment of digital revenue platforms at state-level
• Manage cross-functional teams and project resources
• Track KPIs tied to revenue outcomes and system adoption
• Manage risks, timelines, and scale-up of projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree relevant field; Master’s an advantage
• 5+ years’ experience in public sector, IT, fintech, tax, or revenue projects
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience with tech-enabled revenue or financial systems
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
