Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records across all businesses
• Perform cost tracking, budget preparation, and financial analysis
• Manage statutory filings (taxes, PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management
• Support company setup and compliance structuring where required
• Handle personal accounting and statutory filings
• Liaise with tax authorities and relevant regulators as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and SME accounting
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax and statutory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Commercially aware and business-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting startups or small business owners
• Knowledge of tax planning within regulatory limits
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
