Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage customer feedback and market intelligence to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 yearsexperience in sales and/or marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
