Key Responsibilities
• Build and analyze complex financial models valuation, projections, scenario analysis
• Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation
• Conduct financial, market, and industry research to support deals
• Support due diligence, deal execution, and client engagements
• Work closely with senior bankers on live transactions.
Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience in investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and capital markets
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and execution mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
