Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role located in Lagos for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management activities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with HR regulations, addressing employee-related issues, and supporting recruitment processes. The specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment at Auldon Toys.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations
• Knowledge of labor law and best HR practices applicable in Nigeria
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
