• The Human Resources Team Lead / Supervisor will provide operational and strategic HR leadership, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• The role is responsible for supervising HR operations, supporting management on people-related matters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Description
• The Human Resources Team Lead / Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and staff welfare.
• The role requires a proactive professional capable of guiding HR officers, supporting organizational objectives, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations and activities.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Support onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with policy.
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
• Support payroll processing by validating employee data and changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
• Provide HR advisory support to line managers and employees.
• Assist in training, learning, and development initiatives.

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• A professional HR certification e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI is an added advantage.

Experience:
• Minimum of 5–6 years relevant human resources experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead HR role is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in HR systems, payroll tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Residing within or close to Arepo is an advantage.
