• The Human Resource Assistant supports the HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR-related communications while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes documentation, orientation coordination, exit paperwork
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgments.
• Help administer employee benefits and respond to basic employee inquiries.
• Track attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
• Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
• Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Comply with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Requirements
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a Human Resource role is required.
Skills:

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
