Precondition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Master's dearee or professional certification CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, MBA is an advanfage
• 8—10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in consulting
• Strong experience in organizational design, talent management, HR strategy, and workforce planning
• Experience advising senior executives, boards, or public sector leadership
