Role: Head, Sales & Marketing
Full-time, Onsite
Location: Lekki
Salary Range: #700,000 - #800,000net and other benefits and commission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute winning sales & marketing strategies.
• Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team.
• Manage budgets, campaigns, and promotions.
• Drive revenue for Apartment rental, rooms, F&B, and events.
• Build strong client & partner relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 6 years experience
• B.Sc or HND. Masters' degree is an added advantage
• Proven experience in Hospitality & Real estate sales & marketing leadership.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and lead a team.
