• We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the seamless execution of Oil & Gas and EPCIC projects—from initiation to completion.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, and experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, production, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial viability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, correspondence, and invoices.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress; flag risks and delays with mitigation plans.
• Support procurement planning, materials tracking, and vendor expediting.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, QHSSE, and vendors for timely mobilization and compliance.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, project updates, and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC, and industry standards.
• Support change management, variation claims, and project execution plans.
• Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications
• B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP®, PRINCE2® or similar certification is an added advantage.
• 10+ years’ experience in EPCIC/Oil & Gas project coordination (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, FEED/DEED, offshore operations, fabrication yards, and EPF facilities.
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian oil & gas operations (NNPC, IOCs, NOCs, Marginal Fields).
• Familiarity with NCDMB, NUPRC and local content compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid financial, technical, and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure, multicultural environments.
• Strong vendor and contract negotiation capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration.
